Search box
Full-text search mode:
Type the first 4 letters of the product code or the keyword to display the drop-down list. Type more letters to filter the results Click on the product to load it into the loading area.
Repeat the operation to load more items.
Click anywhere on the screen to close the drop-down list.

Search box
Direct search mode:
Paste or type the full product code to load all the items related to that specific product.
This feature is very usefull if you want to download all the material related to a product.
Repeat the operation to load more items.

Category menu
Click one time to load all the items related to that category into the loading area.
Click the second time on the same category to hide/show the loaded contents.
Hiding the contents will not reset your download selection.
Click on different categories in different sections in order to add contents into the loading area.

Control bar
Reset - It allows you to unselect all the selected items and completely remove them from the download manager.
hide all - It allows you to hide all the visible items. The selected products wil not be removed from the download manager.
Sort A-Z - It allows you to sort the loaded items in alphabetical order.
Sort type - It allows you to sort the loaded items by format type.
Sort selected - It allows you to sort the loaded items by selected / unselected status.
Select all - It allows you to select all the visible contents in the loading area and add them at the same time to the download manager.

Item box
Move the mouse over the item and click the zoom-in icon displayed.
Click anywhere on the screen to close the preview.
Click the box picture to add the item to the download manager.

Download manager
Once you click one item into the loading area it will be automatically added to the download manager and listed under its own category.
The list shows you the category name the product code and the number of items selected for that specific category.
Click on side menu category box to display the items selected for that category.
Click on the dark grey handle on the left side to hide/show the download manager.

Download manager
At the bottom, in red colour, it is shown the total amount of the selected items ready to be downloaded.
Click on download button to start downloading.

  • What is the Dwt Media Library?

    Dwt Media Library is multimedial platform designed to search and download all the communication contents related to the brand. It's organized in macro sections according to the content's type and each area has its own colour to be easily recognised:

    PHOTO LQ

    A collection of products' low resolution pictures in .PNG format for all your web applications and digital works such as newsletter, website and mobile app . You can download the full collection of low quality pictures from the top menu box. (available only for this area).

    PHOTO HQ
    A collection of products' high resolution pictures in .TIF format for all your printing applications such as pricelist, leaflets, catalogs, posters, shops banner etc.

    PHOTO IN-USE
    A collection of high resolution pictures of in use products in .TIF format for promotional and advertising purpose.

    ADVERTISING PROMOTIONAL
    Here you can find our promotional materials in .PDF format. Catalogs, leaflet, banners and any advertising content to support your business.

    EXHIBITIONS EVENTS
    Did you miss a Dwt event? Here you can find all the best photos in .JPG format of our international events divided for location and year.

  • Can I search for an item by using the product code?

    To search for a content through the product code you must type the code into the search box on the left side menu.

    The side menu provides 2 search modes:

    Full-text search mode
    1- By typing the first 4 letters of the product code or the keyword a drop-down list will be displayed. Typing more letters the results will gradually be filtered according to the searched word.
    Click
    on the product you are looking for to load it into the loading area. You can repeat this operation as many times as you want and keep adding all the items you need before selecting them for downloading.
    Click anywhere on the screen to close the drop-down list.

    Direct search mode
    2- BY typing the full product code the system will load all the items related to the specific product.
    This feature is very usefull if you want to download all the material related to a product.
    At the end of the loading process you can click on each item into the loading area in order to select it and add it to the download manager.

  • Can I search for an item by category?

    To search for a content by category you must click the name of the category on the vertical side menu.

    The first click will load all the items related to the category into the loading area.

    The second click on same category (and all the followings) will allow you to simply hide / show the loaded contents and customise your loading area according to your needs.

    Hiding the contents will not reset your download selection.


    You can click on different categories in different sections to add contents into your loading area before selecting them for downloading. At the end of the loading process you can click on each item into the loading area in order to select it and add it to the download manager.

  • Is a combined search possible?

    Yes it is. In any moment you can switch from product code search box to category menu and compose your customized loading area as you prefer.

    For example you can decide to load all the items of a category and then add to this selection other items of different sections just using the product code search box.

  • How does the filters bar work?

    Once you load your contents into the loading area the control bar is activated:

    reset
    It allows you to unselect all the selected items and completely remove them from the download manager.

    hide all
    It allows to hide all the visible items. The selected products wil not be removed from the download manager.

    sort A-Z
    It allows you to order the loaded items in alphabetical order.

    sort type
    It allows you to sort the loaded items by format type.

    sort selected
    It allows you to sort the loaded items by selected / unselected status.

    select all
    It allows you to sort all the visible items in the loading area and add them to the download manager at the same time.

  • Can I see a preview of the items before downloading?

    Yes it is possible. Move the mouse over the item and click on the zoom-in icon displayed.
    Click anywhere on the screen to close the preview.

  • How does the download manager work?

    Once you select one item into the loading area it will be automatically added to the download manager.
    Each item will be listed under its own category and its related section box will be loaded on the side menu.

    Click

  • Suggestions about download queue

    Sometimes different browsers have different rules for managing download queue.

    By default Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge will automatically add the selected item to the download queue.

    If you are using Firefox and you did not change the default settings, click on the check box "Do this automatically for files like this from now on" once the dowload dialog window pops-up.

  • Download speed problems?

    If you experience slowdown problems while downloading multiple files, please keep reading this paragraph:

    NB: If you are not comfortable editing the browser settings manually you can try a download manager application as Downthemall, Orbit Download Manager, FillZilla and FreeDownloadManager. These tools let you control the number of simultaneous downloads in your Web browser.

    Mozilla Firefox:

    1- Digit about:config in the address bar.
    2- Digit network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server and set the value lower than 6 (from 1 to 5).
    3- Reload the Media Library page.

    Google Chrome:
    1
    Click the "Start" button, then type regedit in the search box. Press the Enter key. The Windows Registry Editor appears on the screen.
    2- Click HKEY_CURRENT_USER in the left pane of the Registry Editor window. Navigate to the Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings value.
    3-
    Click the Edit menu bar option. On the drop-down list, click New, then DWORD (32-bit) Value. After the New Value #1 text box appears in the right pane of the window, replace the default text with MaxConnectionsPerServer and press the Enter key.
    4- Double-click the new MaxConnectionsPerServer key in the right windowpane. Enter a number between 1 and 5 in the Value Data box and click the "OK" button.
    5-
    Create another DWORD (32-bit) Value key using the same sequence you used to create the MaxConnectionsPerServer key. Rename the new key MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server.
    6-
    Double-click the MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server key. Enter the same number you entered for the MaxConnectionsPerServer key in the Value Data box and click OK.
    7-
    Click File, then Exit to close the Windows Registry Editor. Restart the computer.
    8-
    Launch Google Chrome on your PC. Chrome now allows concurrent downloads up to the value you specified in the Windows Registry.

    Opera:
    1- Digit about:config in the address bar.
    2- Scroll to the Performance section, click on Max Connections Total and set the value number between 1 and 5.
    3- Click on the Save button located at the end of the Performance panel.
